300 SL Roadster 1957

We offer one of only 25 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL roadsters ever delivered with rare Rudge central locking rims ex works, which was secondarily owned since 1964. Interestingly enough, this car in the current color combination ivory, combined with the original red leather interior and the black soft top, was shipped to the Mercedes-Benz branch in Vancouver, Canada on October 21, 1957. As an additional special equipment next to the mentioned wheels with Rudge hubs, instruments with English inscription, sealed beam headlamps with separate parking lights, rear axle ratio 1: 3.89 (miles) and a suitcase set were ordered. The owner history is based on old documents and the remaining plates from the sixties complete assignable. Not only did the last owner drive with this unique roadster, but he was also a well-known speedboat rider.
